1. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the day you purchased your subscription).

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Please note that by purchasing digital content (such as our AI credits or immediate subscription access) which is not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun (i.e., once you have received access to the tools or used any credits).

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following specific cases:

  • If you have not used any credits or accessed the paid features within the 14-day cooling-off period (for EU customers).
  • If the service is technically defective or unavailable for an extended period.
  • If there was a billing error on our part.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
